I’ve awoke and it’s clear that I am not here
But I found out where my brain went today
It escaped my head and went to the tool shed
To duplicate itself to not stay
It installed my new brain while I was napping
And took the first Space Shuttle outbound
This new one is not quite to my liking
It mutates to put bad words in my mouth

Sad sentences stacked soundly together
Boldly dressed in black patent leather

I want my life back

It’s not fair that it dared to betray me
I fed it well with booze every night
Ignored its’ will like I was a good boy
To expect it to bring joy and delight
But when I finally find my brain I will thank it
For leaving me with nothing to lose
Since it’d left I’ve had crazed motivation
To write these tunes I bring to you

Finally cracked and lost all of my logic
Talk too much to what’s in my closet
